Introduction
David was called to the bar in September 2020. His main areas of interest are in commercial law, commercial crimes and civil frauds. Apart from his law practice, he also lectures in global supply chain management at HKUSPACE and in operations management at HKUST. Prior to joining the bar, David worked in the aviation industry in flight operations management, which paves the way for him to specialize in aviation law, arbitration, mediation and litigation.
